By accessing and using Reach Engine ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Reach Engine provides automated social media engagement tools, including:

  • Keyword-based comment monitoring on Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and YouTube channels
  • Automated response sending based on user-defined rules
  • Activity logging and tracking of automated actions

Service Limitations

  • One account per platform maximum (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Exact keyword matching only (no AI or fuzzy matching)
  • Platform-specific constraints apply (e.g., 7-day DM window for Meta platforms)
  • Subject to social platform rate limits and API quotas

3. User Responsibilities

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of automated responses sent through the Service. You must ensure all responses comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Platform Compliance

You must comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Violations may result in your accounts being restricted or banned by those platforms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Account Management

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Account Limitations

  • One Reach Engine account per user
  • One social media account per platform (Facebook Page, Instagram Business, YouTube Channel)
  • No account sharing or transfer

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unwanted messages, or harassing content
  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Attempt to bypass safety mechanisms or rate limits
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected platforms

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Platform Actions

We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) against your accounts, including restrictions, suspensions, or bans resulting from automated responses.

Data Loss

While we implement security measures, we are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access beyond our control.

Damages

In no event shall Reach Engine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all social media accounts and contacting us to request account deletion.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All automation rules will be deactivated, and we will retain logs as required by law or our data retention policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
